Healing Lives. Restoring Families. Transforming Communities.

Teach Them To Love Outreach Ministries (T3L) is a faith-based, trauma-informed nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome trauma, domestic violence, mental health challenges, and life transitions. Founded by Dr. Lolita R. Gilmore-Randall, T3L combines faith, advocacy, education, and compassionate support to empower people toward lasting transformation.

For more than nine years, we have walked alongside families in crisis, survivors seeking healing, and communities striving for restoration. We believe every person deserves hope, every family deserves healing, and every community deserves the opportunity to thrive.

OUR MISSION & VISION

Our Mission

Teach Them To Love Outreach Ministries exists to heal the broken, restore the forgotten, and transform generations. Through trauma-informed care, faith-rooted advocacy, education, and community engagement, we help individuals and families move from pain toward purpose and lasting hope.

Our Vision

A world where no wound is too deep, no community too broken, and no generation too lost to be healed. We envision thriving communities where survivors become leaders, families are restored, and healing becomes a catalyst for transformation.

Founder Quote
